Carlos is a second-year undergraduate student at the University of California, San Diego, Eleanor Roosevelt College. He is a Political Science/Data Analytics and History double major. He is responsible for assisting cPASS’s researchers with data collection and data cleaning regarding Congressional sentiment towards various international crises in the past. Carlos’ academic interests include Latin American history, US national security policy, and machine learning.
